Refund Policy
StrikeX™ offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met.
Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging before a refund is issued
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests
- Items that show signs of misuse, physical damage caused by the customer, or are missing components are not eligible for a refund
How to request a refund: We're here to make this easy. Simply email us at strikexsupport@proton.me with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with next steps — we work fast and we're committed to making it right.
Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable situations:
- Refund requests submitted after 90 days of delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned damaged due to customer misuse
- Orders where the customer has already filed a chargeback
Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Chargebacks: We take chargebacks seriously. All orders are tracked and fulfilled with documented proof of delivery. Customers who file chargebacks without first contacting us will be reported to the payment processor and may be permanently banned from purchasing from our store. We always resolve legitimate issues — please contact us first.
